The engine onboard the updated XUV500 remains the same as its predecessor. A powerful 2.2 litre mHawk diesel engine with 140 bhp power and 330 Nm of torque continues to power the vehicle. The only addition to the engine is in the form of the brake energy regeneration technology, which has enhanced the fuel efficiency of the SUV.<\/span><\/p>\n

The auto manufacturer has given a major facelift to this model, with the front profile being completely refurbished with an all-new chrome grille and \u2018S\u2019 shaped LED headlamps. The bumper at the front also sports a new pattern, as do the fog lamps. The hood and the bonnet have been given a more muscular look. The side profile has not been tinkered much, except the 17-inch alloy wheels and chrome lining on the windows, both of which give the car a more sophisticated look.<\/span><\/p>\n
